Supervek will repair any damage or defect on your gear; for any reason free of charge — whether it was produced in 2015 or yesterday. If we are unable to perform a functional repair on your pack, we will happily replace it.

Wear and Tear vs Factory Defect

If a garment, that has been purchased directly from Supervek or from our amazon storefront, is damaged due to a manufacturing fault we will repair or replace it, no problem at all. We merely ask that we are granted enough time to review the product and assess the issue at hand. In such instances where there has been a clear issue from the manufacturing process, you need not worry about the shipping charges as we will arrange for a pick-up from our end, if the issue is raised within 15 days of the delivery.

We ask you to recognise that over time, after multiple washes, and plenty of use, colours may fade, fabrics might pill, and zips may fray. This is what we would call normal ‘wear and tear.’ In such instances, if there is something we can do to repair or revitalise the bag then we will of course do so, however there may be a small charge. Any costs will be communicated to the customer in advance of any repair work being undertaken.

We would also request you to follow the care instructions provided. We cannot be held responsible for the deterioration of any item that has been handled against our after-care advice.

Cost of Repairs

All cases will be reviewed on an individual basis, but we will always carry out any work for as little cost as possible. We promise you lifetime free repair, however, if at all there are any minimal costs they will be communicated well in advance of any work being undertaken and we will not proceed without your approval. We will do our utmost to accommodate any requested repair, however if our technicians deem that your bag is beyond repair, we might suggest it is time for you to replace the gear (hopefully with another item from our collection!).

Who Covers the Shipping Costs?

The customer is responsible for the safe transit and delivery of the products in question back to us. We would always recommend using a trusted courier service with a ‘Signed For’ or ‘Tracked Delivery’ Option, such as Bluedart, FedEx or Delhivery. The cost of shipping will have to be incurred by you - but we promise to make it worth it!

Supervek will not be held responsible for any courier related issues for items dispatched back to us.

How long will the repairs take?

Once our technicians have thoroughly examined the issue, a member of the team will be able to confirm the exact time frame for the repair/replacement/refurbishment. Provisionally, we would expect any matter to be fully resolved within two to four weeks, but this may vary depending on the size and complexity of the issue. The time of year and workflow at the factory might affect the time it takes to action and execute any repairs. Irrespective, however of the time of year, we will ensure that you are updated regularly throughout the process.
