Yes, We offer Easy Return and Exchange.
- The request for return/exchange is to be placed within 7 days of delivery.
- Items should be unused in their original condition & intact with tags.

In order to facilitate a return/ replacement, the products must meet the following criteria:

- The request for return/ replacement is placed within 7 days of delivery.
- Items should be in their original condition, intact with tags.
- Items should be unwashed and unused.
- Items should be in their the original packaging.

- Items should not be on sale or clearance sale

Used products, Face Masks, Free gifts or promotional items or items on sale or items on clearance sale are non-refundable.

There is no charge for return/exchanges.

We strive to give you a great buying and return experience. To ensure best last mile experience, we have tied up with some great delivery partners. Naturally, we have certain costs that are associated with the Free delivery that we provide nationwide. 

That is a cost we are happy to bear to enable you to access a new and innovative product that we make with care for you. When you choose to return your order, we hope you keep in mind our genuine efforts and endeavor.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 2-5 business days.

If your order was placed through COD, we will remit the refund to your provided bank account/UPI or Payout link within 1-5 business days of receiving the return shipment.
