Thank you for shopping with Supervek India. Here's how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect.

Where we ship
We currently ship across India.
Looking for international shipping? Reach out to our support team or message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you out.

Order processing
Orders are processed within the same business day. Orders placed after noon, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed the next business day.

Shipping options and costs
- Free Standard Shipping on orders across India.
- Express Delivery is available for a fee at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery orders carry an additional fee, shown at checkout.

Delivery times for each option are shown at checkout. They're estimates that begin once your order ships, and they can be affected by courier delays, weather or other events outside our control.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number and link. Tracking can take a little while to update.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible.

Lost, damaged or delayed packages
If your order is lost, damaged or delayed, contact us and we'll sort it out with the courier for you.

Order changes and cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually make changes before your order ships, but once it's in transit, we can't modify it. Refunds for cancelled orders go back to your original mode of payment.
